Acai Trim Review
Acai Trim is one of the newer fad diet pills today, riding on the success of the popular superfruit Acai.
Manufacturer would have you believe that the acai is an exotic solution for weight loss, offering compounds that will give you greater results than ever before, and like so many other diet pills before, it’s backed with over-the-top claims rather than research.
Yet will Acai Trim prove to be a powerful diet pill anyway? Let’s take a closer look to find out.
Inside Acai Trim
One of its main ingredients is the Acai Berry from the jungles of Brazil. Acai Trim manufacturers love to point out this fact because any time consumers hear or read the word “jungle” they automatically think that whatever the product is must have some kind of obscure magical healing powers not found anywhere else in the world.
If the truth be told, then I’d have to say that the Acai Berry is high in antioxidants and is a good source of fiber, but so are blueberries.
In my opinion Acai Trim diet pills are really just glorified blueberries with caffeine (green tea extract). I am not suggesting that Acai Trim doesn’t have any health benefits; it just won’t really help you lose weight.
A big reason for why I can safely make that assumption is that Acai Trim doesn’t specify how much caffeine is present in each capsule. Although the Acai Trim capsules contain a proprietary blend of various roots and barks along with the Acai Berry, and it offers nearly 800 mg of ingredients, manufacturers fail to disclose how much of each ingredient is present.
Besides, most diet pills and weight loss products know about green tea extract and utilize caffeine to boost metabolism and increase alertness. Acai Trim may be a good source of antioxidants, but I doubt it is an effective weight loss supplement.
Acai Trim Side Effects
You should keep in mind that any product with caffeine has its side effects. Acai Trim, in particular, should not be taken on an empty stomach because research shows that green tea extract can lead to liver damage.
Additionally, Acai Trim contains Cascara Sagrada and Buckthorn (both barks) which are known laxatives. Consequently, depending on the amount present of each of these in the Acai Trim capsules, you could be going to the bathroom a lot.
Acai Trim Policies:
Acai Trim doesn’t guarantee its product and doesn’t offer any kind of refund or exchange option. Definitely no risk-free trial offers for this one.
Acai Trim Lowest Price:
Your basic 60 capsule bottle is $12.95 from the website, but you can find it in stores for about $10. Since it is relatively inexpensive (compared to other diet products) you may be tempted to give it a shot. This is why they don’t guarantee Acai Trim…it is cheap enough that they don’t have to.
Does Acai Trim Work:
Lots of people are talking about the Acai Berry and hoping it will be the perfect herbal supplement. This is due in part to the bold claims Acai Trim makes concerning its product.
For example Acai Trim claims the following people can benefit from their product: Athletes – Increased Performance; Drivers – Increased Alertness; Dieters – Increased Energy; Students – Increased Concentration; Workers – Increased Productivity; Moms – On the Go. Talk about the magical fruit!
Acai Trim might help you feel energized and it will provide you with antioxidants, but it won’t be effective in helping you lose weight and probably won’t do much to increase your metabolism. I would try a more proven and clinically tested product first.
